Rules Governing Use of This Platform

1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the kbazi platform, including the website at kbazi.app, all associated services, mobile-optimised interfaces, game products, sports betting markets, promotional campaigns, and customer support communications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kbazi (the "Operator").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise accessing any part of the kbazi Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used to access the Platform. They are written in English and are legally effective in that language. kbazi operates as an English-language platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All account communications, support interactions, bonus terms, and legal documents are provided in English.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to the kbazi Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years old. kbazi takes its age restriction obligations seriously and applies verification procedures at registration and at the point of first withdrawal to confirm compliance with this requirement.

Any account discovered to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be refunded to the original payment source, and any winnings or bonuses accrued by that account will be forfeited in their entirety. kbazi accepts no liability for losses incurred by underage individuals who have misrepresented their age during registration.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

kbazi is designed for and primarily targets adult players located in Bangladesh. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with any laws, regulations, or restrictions applicable in their jurisdiction. By registering and using kbazi, you represent that online gaming is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are accessing the Platform entirely at your own initiative.

2.3 Single Account Requirement

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one kbazi account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — constitute multi-accounting, which is a material breach of these Terms. Where multi-accounting is identified, kbazi reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held within them without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full kbazi Platform, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a contact method compatible with your preferred BDT payment method (such as the mobile number associated with your bKash or Nagad account). You are required to keep this information current and to notify kbazi of any changes promptly via [email protected].

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kbazi applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification — and proof of your payment method before processing a withdrawal. kbazi reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbazi account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. kbazi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kbazi immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. kbazi accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kbazi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in BDT. No foreign currency conversion is applied to player balances.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit on kbazi is ৳500. Individual maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. VIP-tier accounts (Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) may have higher transaction limits applied automatically. Current limits for each payment method are displayed in the banking section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a transaction is flagged for manual review under kbazi's fraud prevention procedures.

4.4 Player Funds

Player funds deposited to kbazi are held separately from operational funds and are not used for any business purpose other than servicing player withdrawals and settling winning bets. kbazi does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kbazi accepts no responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. kbazi does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts, or accounts held in a name different from the registered kbazi account holder. Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding funds can be withdrawn.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kbazi offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload offers, live casino cashback, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, maximum bet-per-spin limits while wagering, and expiry periods. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of any bonus before opting in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means ৳30,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal of associated funds is permitted. The specific multiplier and qualifying game list are stated on each promotion's page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

kbazi operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk or mathematically certain bets to satisfy wagering requirements; using bonus funds to exploit game mechanics or progressive jackpot structures; and co-ordinating with other players to abuse referral or affiliate structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, kbazi reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Promotional Eligibility

kbazi reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are time-limited and may be withdrawn, modified, or suspended without prior notice. Players who have opted into a self-exclusion period are not eligible to claim or use any bonus offers during that exclusion period.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on kbazi are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market type, and event. Cricket betting — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — is governed by the cricket betting rules published in the kbazi sports section. In the event of any ambiguity, kbazi's determination of the result of any bet shall be final and binding.

kbazi reserves the right to void bets where: a manifest pricing error has occurred; a market has been suspended due to event irregularities; results cannot be verified from reliable official sources; or where kbazi reasonably suspects that the integrity of an event has been compromised.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on kbazi — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — are governed by the rules of the respective game as defined by the game provider. kbazi does not modify game rules or outcomes. The certified RNG of each provider determines all outcomes, and published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect statistical long-run expectations, not guaranteed individual session results.

6.3 Slot Games

Slot games from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and other providers are governed by the individual game rules available within each game interface. All slot outcomes are determined by the provider's certified RNG. Progressive jackpot eligibility, jackpot contribution rates, and jackpot triggers are governed by the provider's own rules and may require a minimum qualifying bet.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure affecting a game or betting market — including server interruptions, connectivity issues on the player's side, or provider-side outages — kbazi will use all reasonable efforts to resolve the position fairly. Bets that cannot be settled due to a technical failure beyond kbazi's reasonable control may be voided and stakes returned. kbazi accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures on the player's device or internet connection.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kbazi Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling kbazi to suspend or permanently close your account and forfeit any balance held:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Registering while under the age of 18, or permitting an underage individual to use your account.
• Operating multiple kbazi accounts, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using the Platform in any manner that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, bugs, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic approach designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including sharing hole cards, arranging coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting live dealer interactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform outside of normal human use.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the kbazi Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kbazi staff or other users through any channel including live chat, email, or third-party platforms.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any other individual to use your kbazi account.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by kbazi

kbazi reserves the right to suspend any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where suspicious transaction activity is identified, where KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable time following a request, or where it is required to do so by applicable law or by its payment processing partners.

During a suspension, your account balance will be preserved unless the investigation concludes that the account balance has been accrued through fraudulent means, in which case kbazi reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the balance.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kbazi account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kbazi will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who close their account through the responsible gaming self-exclusion tool will have their account locked for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected (minimum 24 hours; maximum 12 months). Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the expiry of the exclusion period will not be actioned. See Section 11 for full responsible gaming terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the kbazi Platform — including but not limited to the kbazi brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text content, promotional materials, and software — is owned by or licensed to kbazi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the kbazi Platform without the prior written consent of kbazi. Unauthorised use of kbazi's intellectual property may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws and may result in legal action.

Game content — including graphics, audio, mathematics, and software — remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). All such content is licensed to kbazi for presentation on the Platform and may not be extracted, reproduced, or redistributed.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

kbazi provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from technical interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server updates, provider outages, or internet infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. kbazi will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance.

10.2 Gambling Losses

kbazi accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by Players in the course of using the Platform. All betting and gaming activity on kbazi involves inherent financial risk. Players participate entirely at their own discretion and financial risk. The Platform is provided for entertainment purposes; it is not a financial instrument, investment vehicle, or source of guaranteed income.

10.3 Third-Party Services

kbazi uses third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and technology infrastructure providers. kbazi accepts no liability for failures, errors, delays, or data breaches attributable to third-party service providers beyond kbazi's reasonable control. Players' use of payment services such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay is additionally governed by the terms and conditions of those respective services.

10.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbazi's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

kbazi is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. The Platform includes a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every logged-in account dashboard. These tools are available to all Players at no cost and can be activated at any time without requiring support assistance.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play across any Platform section.
• Reality Checks: Configurable prompts that display your session duration and net wagering result at regular intervals during play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.2 above.
